Our Client, Ganten, requries a free standing display unit (FSDU) to stand out in 7-11 stores. There are 2 key points required by our client for his 1 Second Setup Bottle POP Displays Corrugated Cardboard Display.

Quick set up. No need to folding trays or boxes to save labor cost on spot.

Heave duty on weight bearing request, this floor display need to carry up to 10KG per layer.

Response

There are a variety of construction ways to set up a FSU floor display, like shelf display, dumpbins and stacker display from the ground. We would like to introduce for this case a simple floor display with small footprint but durable to carry a total of approximately 50kg weight. 

Prototyping

Design team of Packwins thoroughly takes clients’ request in mind and eliminate raw edges when possible. For this 1 Second Set Up POP Displays Bottles and Drinks POP Corrugated Cardboard Display, design must securely hold product in place and maintain structural integrity throughout the entire supply chain and promotional period. Display must remain upright and stable as product is shopped.
