What is Correct format for artwork?

FArtowrk can be in the format of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, JPEG (High Res), PDF (Print Ready) or TIFF, 300dpi minimum, 5mm outside bleed, 100% original size no scale.

How to upload artwork?

WWhen artowrk is under 10MB, just send via email. If it is large, you could upload via FTP Server, Web-Cloud (Hightail, Dropbox, DropSend, Sendspace, We-transfer. You will receive an confirm email on success upload for your POS&POP Cardboard Display Boxes,Standees,Expoboxes.

If you offer fulfillment service ?

YYes we can help with complete fulfillment services arrange product packaging with your displays. It is recommenced to choose this service when your display is very small like a sidekick, or powerwing, or small counter PDQ units.

Can I have my display do transit test?

Yes. We have transit test experience of ISTA under the line of 2A. It is an overall examine of the display package’s weight bearing and stable. Displays packed well in a shipper carton, and can be stacked on top of one another during sea shipping.

Is corrugated the best material for displays?

Yes! Corrugated is lighter and less expensive than alternative materials, such as plastic, wood, and metal—plus it is 100% recyclable. Unlike other types of displays, corrugated displays fold flat for storing and shipping, saving you money and floor space. Corrugated is strong enough to stack, resistant to impact and vibration.

How long has you been in business?

PACKWINS has been in business since 2009, 3 years as Yingle Paper Display and almost 5 additional years since Yingle and it entire staff were acquired and merged into Packwins Cardboard Display Co.,Limited.

What information do you need to start with?

Very simple, you just share us your product picture (some customers however ship their products or packages directly to our factory), product dimensions, unit weight, and some rough idea how your product to be arranged on the displays.

Can I see a life size mockup before I order sample?

Yes. You deserve this. Our designer will create a display rendering in sketch up or Esko, and put in your Logo and designated color, fonts and pictures. You will see a live view.

How long it takes to custom a sample?

Generally it takes 1 day to form up the design, and 1-3 days to make a real white or printed sample. Provided your artwork is ok to apply with no issue.

What is your typically turn-around time for bulk production?

Quantity from 100-500pcs: 12 days.
Quantity from 501-2,000pcs: 13 days.
Quantity from 2,001-15,000pcs: 15 days.

Above are standard production lead time, if you have rush orders, we can consolidate more power to catch up your shipments.

How will my displays be packed?

Basically there are 4 ways of packing,

KDF knock down off packed, 1pc/ctn, or 2pcs/ctn
KDF knock down off packed, bulk packed onto pallets
Semi-assembled and put products in
Full assembled packed with products in.

How can I estimate my shipping cost before order?

We can sort out several regular shipping cost by below category,

Sample shipping-sample be packed in a single carton, freight calculated by carton 3 dimensions, contact our sales reps.
Bulk order shipping- we can help to pre-caculate its volumn based on quantity, and get freight cost from forwarder, you only need to tell your nearest port.

How is weight bearing capacity of your display?

There is no issue.

While solutions are more than questions. Depend on your product and weight bearing requirements, we have upgrade cardboard material to stronger grade, also there can be metal bars, or crisscross structure to carry weight.

How will you control printing colors?

Customer send to us a copy of their color proof.
We do a set of offset color proof prints with 2-3 variations for customer to choose from.
Our experienced printing expertise use “color meter” to help check color on site.

I am afraid I am not able to set up the display correctly?

Our designers have taken this question before you think of it,

First – simplify the display structure itself
Second – simple and clear demonstration

What is ECT?

ETC is a standard to judge cardboard quality.

ECT (edge crush test) is performed to predict the vertical strength of corrugated board. It determines the resistance to compression of the flutes in pounds per square inch.

In what format you will share dieline?

Dieline will be sent to customers in the format of ard, .dxf, .dwg, .eps, .pdf, and .ai. If you have a different file type not listed, there is a good chance we will still be able to work with it.

When can I have my containers delivered?

As fast as you need them! We will fit our production schedule to your delivery needs.

What is tooling?

Tooling usually refers to cutting dies or printing plates required to customize a corrugated display, or die-cut for an end user.

I only need one display,will you do custom design for me?

While at Packwins, we do start with 1 pc sample which afterwords customers will place bulk order based on this sample. If your request is just 1, we will also do it for you like a lifesize cardboard party standup or other designs.
