Dream Works Tesco Solid Packing Shipper FSDU Trolley Bag Cardboard Displays

Most often, if you would like to win the battle you keep things simple to the utmost. Like today we introduce this Dearm Works Trolley Bag FSDU with solid packing shipper. It is a one-stop solution from manufacturer to delivery and drop shipping. Every single details has been considered before EX-Work.

Project Brief

We would like to look into placing the Trolley bag into a FSDU, so this can sit next to the scan as you shop and hopefully draw in more attention, than if it was placed elsewhere in store. I have detailed below the two options we would like to explore:

Option 1: Please see my drawing on the right
H – 1200mm
H of Header – 500mm
W – 390mm
D – 410mm

This would be similar to the Trolls FSDU unit that was done earlier this year, it will be a 6 colour print and made of Card. This will need to be flat packed as this will be assembled and packed in the UK. I have estimated the size of this FSDU would fit 40 Trolley bags in.

Option 2: Please see my drawing on the right

H of Header – 450mm
H of shelf – 50mm
W – 390mm
D – 410mm

Tesco would like for us to look into a second option where a shelf is added for the pouch bags to sit on, i am not sure how this would be incorporated into the FSDU or whether the FSDU is strong enough to hold this on top, I have made an allowance for the pouch bag SRP to palced on top of the bag sotreage unit. I hope this makes sense.

Material

Customer approches to us with very a few information—Corrugated cardboard. We have corrugate ranges from single to double corrugate.

1 PET Mop Tray
1 Detchable Header for FSDU
1 header card/sleeve to cover the FSDU when fully assembled, this does not need to include the header as this will be slotted into place on arrival. But the header dissembled needs to fit into the card sleeve.

Packing and Delivery Requirement

Flat packed to 1 x a UK address please but will need to withstand assembling, packing and sending onto another location.

Furtunately we get a fairly small of color proof for us to check the final prints color. Thanks to our graphic designer who obtains rich experience in cardboard display offset printing.
